01 – Evaluate Your Nursing Education (WES ICAP)
Begin by completing your WES Course-by-Course ICAP evaluation, which verifies your nursing education and ensures it meets Canadian standards. WES sends your report directly to CLPNNL, forming the foundation of your application.
02 -Verify Your Nursing License (VOR) & Submit Supporting Documents
Your home-country nursing regulator must complete the Verification of Licensure (VOR) and send it directly to CLPNNL. At the same time, you gather essential documents like employer verification letters, MOI, resume, and identification.
03 – Apply to CLPNNL for Assessment
After WES and VOR are in progress, upload your documents to your CLPNNL account and submit your application for assessment. CLPNNL will review your education, competencies, practice hours, and overall eligibility.
04 – Write the CPNRE & Complete Final Registration
Once approved, you schedule your exam through Meazure Learning and write the CPNRE online from your home country. After passing, you complete final steps such as your police certificate and registration fee to receive your official LPN license
